Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a fix is to include:
- your device model and Android version,
- the app version (Settings screen shows it),
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot if the problem is visual.
Common quick fixes
- Map loads slowly the first time - the map is cached after first
launch; later starts are faster and work offline.
- Bought Pro on a new phone? - Pro is tied to your Google account;
reinstalling or switching devices restores it automatically via Google Play.
